For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via:

We understand that sometimes you may receive an item that is not quite right — the wrong size, colour, or a product that does not meet your expectations. We are happy to assist with exchanges where possible, subject to the following:

- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original, unused condition to qualify for an exchange.
- For size or colour exchanges, we recommend contacting us before returning an item, as stock availability may affect our options.

Important Return Shipping Guidelines
- Please do not send any item back without first contacting us and receiving a confirmed return address. The return destination may vary depending on the product category.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns. ZORVAN cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.
- Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return has been confirmed and your refund or exchange has been processed.
- Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
- For bulky items such as large bedroom furniture accessories or drawing room pieces, we will provide specific return guidance when you contact us.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo/video evidence
- We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
- Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible
